the spa access cost extra that was a surprise i thought it was included i was planning to relax after a long day but the additional charge changed my mind the bathroom had a strange smell even after housekeeping tried to fix it it wasn't pleasant to experience this the provided mugs were cracked and leaked tea it's a detail that affected my experience.

The bar staff are very friendly near the lobby. I found some beautiful views from the rooftop terrace, a real plus. The room included nice decoration with a comfortable bed. I would tell anyone to stay here!

I booked a spa treatment, but I needed to book it in advance. No one told me this until I tried to book, and it was full. I think they should advertise the spa situation better.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. The hotel is near the city center and transportation options. I appreciated Amira at the front desk. She provided excellent guidance. She aided with extending our bookings (it was a last-minute decision).

The breakfast I ordered arrived cold, and some pastries were missing, disappointing.
